I was ripped off

So here is the thing. My phone has been with metro for over a year now. I missed a payment and didn't pay it for about a ful month. When I actually paid it I had 4 days of service. Then I got the same old text "pay $50 by such and such" and my service is gone again. So I called them today and some Indian guy answered. He kept saying suspicious unprofessional things like, "Oh no" and "Oh shit" also he called him self "Hot Chocolate" as his name. And he couldn't help me with a refund or of letting service continue. So I hung up and called 20 minutes later hoping someone else would answer. Nope. Just him. 3 times. Anyone know how to solve this problem cause I can't contact them.

You are seeing one of the reasons I left Metro. Your bill is due on a set day. It's not like other pre paid carriers where your new month starts when you mske a payment. With them your date will never change and if you miss a payment you still have to pay that as well as if any new charge is due
