i wonder if its possible in 2017 to have openworld mmorpg with top grade graphics

so i play android mmo's but they are bit different than pc mmo, most android games with best graphics aren't open world-they are stages base, there's no free roaming, if there is open world mmo's theyr'e graphics looks like from year 2000 or 2.5 dimension type. i wonder if there will be android mmo's in 2017 that has best graphics(probably vulkan) and is open world free roaming like pc mmo's. are next phones will be advance enough to make this kind of game possible?

Just guessing, but I would have thought the limiting factor here is storage space, to hold the presumably massive amounts of data required for such a game. PC systems have access to large discs, whereas on a mobile device, it's much more limited.

There is already an openworld MMORPG with top graphics and it's the best MMORPG for Android/iOS - it's called MU Origin

Define top graphics. Because current technology can't run top graphics on phones. Have you seen how stuff now looks on a proper gaming PC?
