I found most themes still use a grid-like layout for arranging the icons on the home screen. Is there an app I can install where I can flick thru my apps like you can at the top of the app marketplace or is there something that will arrange my apps into a circular dial and allow me to select the app I want my rotating the dial? Thanks for any suggestions. Preferably I would like a solution that doesn't require me to root my phone.

Off the top of my head, I remembered running across this a while ago. Looked great, but it slowed my Hero down pretty bad. You dont say what phone you have, but maybe it'll work better for you. Worth a look anyway...
