Icon Pack Mixer lets you combine different icon packs on your home screen

A new app has launched which called Icon Pack Mixer which allows you to mix-and-match different icon packs to create a unique setup on any device.

Nothing really. This are just for people who don't use Nova or other highly customizable launchers.

For example on say my V30, you'd be able to use a black and white theme but still have full colored icons. Not all icons are skinned using the regular Home+ themes.
