Icons below Dock

I have no idea how this happened, but there are icons below the dock as you can see. They don't do anything and I can't figure out how to get rid of them.
I'm running Launcher Pro. I have two home screens and there are icons on the second page also. Any help is appreciated.
Launcher Pro Preferences | Advanced | change back to 5 icon rows.

Move your icons around so you only have 4 rows and flip it back to 4 rows.

I know (or at least am pretty sure) you are using Beautiful Widgets for your clock/weather widget. But what weather skin is that? I'm not finding it for some reason. I thought it was the weather ball skin, but mine doesn't look like that...
