Apps Idea to create site where android developers can in real-time test theirs apps on many devs?

I am wondering what do you think of idea to create website where android developers could test their apps in real-time on many android devices and see by video capture what is going on and how app is behaving. Do you think that developers need such website?

There are already similar services out there, such as Robotium.
