Identifying Crapware

Over the last few months, every time charge my phone I get this new lock screen over my main lock screen, which I can't get rid of. I am also seeing full-screen popups advertising Apps / Games when I'm using my phone which disrupt what I'm trying to do.

How can I identify what's causing this?

This is on a Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

Looks like the Peel Smart Remote.
Disable it in the app manager.

Thank you! That fixed the screenlock, and so far I haven't seen any of those pesky popups. Excellent.
