IF - 2016 Election was affected by Russians???

this thread is NOT about TRUMP
this thread is about 2016 election for President of USA.

Assume.....
if it was proven .. without a doubt.. 100% that Trump's campaign knew about Russian tampering with the election and was involved with the plot itself.
That would make the win for Trump illegal.. and that would cancel his win.
therefore he is NOT the president.
That would also mean that the vice-president is NOT Mr. Pense.

Question 1:
would USA redo the election? if so.. who would be in the running?
Clinton vs? who?
so they would have to go back to the beginning and start over.. with party nominations..and winning each parties nomination to run?
Clinton would also have to rewin her nomination as well.

or
just give the win to Hillary Clinton? She automatically becomes the president?


Question 2:
If Trump is determined that he was NEVER the president..
then would that mean.. everything he did become invalid?
Executive Orders?
Cabinet appointees?
and everything they did in the offices?
Supreme Judge?


MY guesses...
1. Clinton did not cheat... so she automatically wins! I dont think USA can stop and redo the election.
2. Everything that was affected by Trump and his people.. will have to be voided. Like it never happened.

right?
 
I don't think there's any doubt left about Russian interference - Putin pretty much confirmed it last week, though he blamed it on independent elements. Given we know it was traced back to Russian intelligence, I think we can take the independent bit with a pinch of salt.

Re whether Trump is therefore really the president: he was sworn in. Hate or loath it, he is president. Best we can hope is that the Republicans finally find the tiniest smidgen of honesty and impeach him before he does even more spectacularly stupid than the sh*t he has so far and it can't be undone.

They're acting against the intelligence contractor who leaked further confirmation of the Russian involvement: no-one is denying that Trump 'leaked' classified intel to the Russians in that meeting: there are plenty of grounds for impeachment.

It would be single greatest espionage coupe in history: Trump has undoubtedly been a disaster for the US and the world but from expansionist Russia's point of view, Trump has been amazing and has done more to destroy the western alliance in a few short months than the USSR managed in 3 and half decades.

Trump may be doing his level best to destroy the US from within but he has done plenty to Make Russia Great Again.

Your question, with the caveat of without a doubt, makes this a no starter. There's already been a case thrown out based on the allegation of collusion. Limited scope, yes, but still it was thrown out.

then what then?

example:
consider if the earth was flat... then it is flat..

...what would be under ? what holds up our lands?
