If I Delete Data on my Stock Gallary App will all my Photos get Earsed

I heard that Settings Click on App then Deleting Data will refresh the App but I don't want my Photos to be warded, is this safe I would clear cache but there is no option its blocked out.

It won't delete your photos it will just delete the system junk and things

Agree...just to be sure use your File Manager to locate where the photos are stored...
