yes.. these people are crazy.
Maybe even have mental issues.. which should be addressed by doctors.

but i want to redirect the attention to the DOCTORS and MEDICAL facilities.. that agree to these STUPID procedures.
it is only GREED that they would agree to take MONEY to do this to another HEALTHY human being's body.

I think there should be some entity that can file lawsuits or make these greedy doctors to be responsible .. for taking advantage of mentally ill individuals.

I also wonder what state of mind this person would be in, if his requested cosmetic procedures were refused? Would he have gone to less reputable practitioners? Would he have self-harmed? Or worse?
It's definitely a mental issue, but he's probably in a happier state of mind than if treatment had been refused.
