Even If you don't have a Facebook, it would be worth creating an account solely for this purpose. Their customer service is so much better than calling or chatting on the Straight Talk website. It's like night & day. I just got an issue fixed within 1 hour just from sending them a message!

I remember reading somewhere that it's because the Facebook is based in the USA.

Amen to that. Calling their customer service is like calling a nursery school and asking to speak to the least intelligent kid there. Except kids in nursery school have more intelligence. The people at FB should be pulled in for a month or so to train the people who answer their phones.
