If you plan on using a Nexus 5 on t-mobile - HURRY

Yesterday and today t-mobile had prepaid SIM activation kits for free. And that includes standard shipping.

And most reports have the Nexus 5 using a micro SIM. You can play it safe and get both a micro and nano kits. You can order two kits at a time.

Did you have to put credit card info in to order? Seems strange since they are free.

Yes. Back when I first joined the t-mobile prepaid world a few months ago, I had to put a credit card in during a similar "free SIM kits" sale and was never charged. But it does seem odd.

Which is why I put in no link in my posting. So you could go to t-mobile yourself and not think you might be on a phishing site.

Ok cool. Thanks. Not sure I'll be leaving Verizon yet but am tempted by the nexus 5. Guess I'll grab a couple Sims now just in case.
