Took me a week to even start editing sweeterhome. I'm will miss it while I wait for it to get over it's "beta-ness" but will definitely be back as it is, in concept, really great. In the interim:

1. Can icons be changed on the stock home? How?
2. Can you change icons on helix-launcher (I'm liking this given it's similarity to stock with a couple of useful enhancements). Again, how?
3. See, I told you I'm dense. EVERYONE changes their icons....
4. Barring this capability on home/helix, which replacement home makes this process easiest?

Right now, I've organized some folders and like the functionality, but they are ugly and identical except for their names, multiplying the ugliness.....
