Ok, this week has been hell. Now I can't even ask for help without first 'introducing myself'.

Well here I am, a man brought to the brink by technology. At every turn in trying to solve this problem I find myself side tracked into signing up to new things that seem to lead no where. I now have a samsung account, a 365 account and android forums account and no solution. This forum is my last chance.

I am unable to function due to failing microsoft 365 active sync, and phone that does a factory reset everytime I try and sync my calender.

If I could pay someone to solve this I don't even know who they would be!

My Samsung galaxy s2 running Android gingerbread 2.3.5 was working fine, and then stopped syncing my office 365 calander.

This I'm sure is office 365's fault, as it seems to be a new issue with a lot of people.

In the process of trying to sort all this I did a factory reset and then re-installed the server settings for 365 which were accepted.

If I do nothing, the phone is fine but still doesn't sync.

If I try and sync... Suddenly it turns itself off and does a factory reset!! Everything is gone!

This problem is causing me major problems in my job, any ideas welcome!

Hello and welcome to Android Forums. Most likely this problem has to be fixed by office365. Have you emailed the developer of this application on this matter? Also, you will want to check over at your device's area of support to see if any solution has been found. Best of luck.
