I'm intending to buy a keyboard for my tablet - some advices needed

So the tablet is Prestigio PMP5080, OS android 4.0.3 and has one micro-b USB as far as I can see from here: en wikipedia org wiki Mini_usb#Host_and_Device_interface_receptacles. I was thinking of buying a regular keyboard for tablet, but I have several questions:
-Tablet keyboards (such as this one: i imgur com RCiG6iS png) seem to require a female USB A port. As I mentioned, my one has only micro-b USB - so it looks like I'll need a cable adapter. Will this do the job? What is your experience with this?
-Do tablet keyboards require any drivers or software to work?
-Do they only ever have the standard keyboard layout? I'd like to be able to type in special characters like

You can only use USB keyboard if your tablet supports OTG (on-the-go) USB. With an adapter it turns your tablet into a host so you can hook up accessories. But if it doesn't support it or you are not sure, use Bluetooth wireless keyboard. A lot easier to use and their rechargeable batteries last a long time. Check my signature link, I reviewed a lot of wireless keyboards.

How can I understand if it supports OTG?

I just did a quick google of your tablet, seems to be a very old model. Looks like it doesn't support Bluetooth or OTG. Doesn't look like keyboard will be possible to connect.
