Phone was reseting doing all this crazy stuff, I started messing with it and did a factory reset. Turns out it was just the battery.

Now I have the battery replaced, the phone is still very buggy. Any apps or anything that can help clean this up. phone seems sluggish and apps do not close on there own. Should i do another clean factory reset ? what are my best options?

update, apps will just crash when i try to load them. anyway to like re partiation the hdd and install the OS again ?

i did, well google did. all were backed up

1st of all It would help if you would share the name and model of the device in question.
2nd Did you check if there were any systems updates available for the device, because in similar cases if a critical system update is needed and its available this would in turn would cause the device to becoming incomprehensible.
