Hello and welcome!
First off, I've merged your post into your existing thread, then moved it into the Android Lounge as this is not device specific. It's better that way so no one gets confused with cross posting etc ;)

Now, as of now, your device is factory reset?

The S9 being released so recently, you're most likely still covered by its original warranty. Before spending a lot of time trying to fix things yourself, you might want to just take it to a local, Samsung-licensed repair shop and have them do a full restore on it. And while that's being done, use a computer and log into Google account and all your online social media services, and change all your passwords. Then when you get your reset phone back, set up all your apps and services again (that will be using your new passwords) and be sure to set up the finger-print or other lock screen. You might also want to look into two-factor verification on those online servers that include it to minimize others from being able to compromise your online accounts.
