I want to change my phone because it's lagging always, do I need to relock the bootloader ? And one thing before i relock the bootloader do I need to return it to stock andrion steps or straight to relock bootloader already thanks.

First, why did you unlock the bootloader in the first place? As you know, unlocking the bootloader allows you to load unofficial software on the phone; even without root, that's an infinite set of variables for which we can't account unless you tell us exactly what steps you've taken.

If you've flashed any unofficial software at all I'd strongly recommend reverting to stock prior to re-locking the bootloader. You can find the files/instructions needed to do so here:
https://developers.google.com/android/images

The process of unlocking or relocking the bootloader will force you to wipe all of your data (factory reset) but that won't restore the stock OS if you've modified it. Flashing a factory image is the best way to get back to stock.

Thanks. I have multitouch screen issue that's why I do that, sorry for that now I realize that I made a mistake and I want to back to normal OS, I have TWRP and magisk that's all I installed to my phone. I'm aware of factory reset that's what I want btw :)) I want to back to normal pixel teach me senpai

Okay a factory reset will only wipe your apps and data. It won't replace TWRP or remove Magisk or any other system-level modifications; the way to get back to a stock configuration is to flash a factory image.

There's a guide which can walk you through the process here:
How to Flash a Pixel With A Factory Image

Note that the guide is written for Pixel 1 but the process is identical. The one change is that you'll want the latest "taimen" image: https://developers.google.com/android/images#taimen

Simply flashing a factory image does not automatically relock the bootloader, but you can do that after the fact (after confirming that everything is working as it should be) with the command fastboot flashing lock.
