I'm stuck, usb debugging refuses to work

Ok. To start of, I recently upgraded my hard drive on my PC. When I realized my phone would no long connect in mtp mode I then reverted to my original hard drive. since then I haven't been able to connect to any computer. I've wiped my phone, I've tried to connect to different computers. I've check all my driver's, I got adb installer on my pc, adb doesn't recognize when I connect it. Us debugging is enabled I've tried disabling it, and reenabling it. I'm at a loss. I just bought a brand new usb cable sync and charge cable. Still nothing. I've had this phone for like two months I think. I've seen online that I only have 30 days to return the phone?? Any help is appreciated thanks
