I am begging for help!
My e-mail on my phone wasn't working well and I discovered from this site that I should try K9 mail. I did that and it worked great- for about a week. It stopped receiving mail a couple of days ago. I did not try to send, but I don't think it would work anyway. I checked the settings and it told me my user name or password were incorrect. I did not change them on my phone, nor on-line- why would it suddenly stop?
So, did some more research and I installed MailDroid. This time, the message I got was:
password or settings are incorrect
Protocol: imap
Error: timed out
then it said to e-mail maildroiddev@gmail.com
I KNOW my password and user name are correct and it's case sensitive and all that- I'm about to tear my hair out! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
