Help IMEI HELP PLEASE Weird Issue

Well I flashed a ROM to my Samsumg Galaxy Avant and now I have a major issue. The phone will no longer register properly on the MetroPCS GSM network. I realised the issue is with IMEI.

For some reason when I check my IMEI by typing *#06# I get the full IMEI but when I go into Andoid Settings, ABout Phone Status the IMEI is now missing the last digit and this is causing the phone not to register on the network. Does anyone know How I can fix this? My EFS folder was never backed up and when I delete it, It recreates it but I do not have any of the .NV_Data files, there are no NV_Data type files at all in there.
 
I hate to be captain obvious here, but have you tried flashing back to stock? There is a unroot/unbrick thread in here where you can find a Odin flashable zip and go stock then correct your mistake
 
You are now the proud owner of a paperweight with a camera!!! Congratulations. Never. Ever for any reason whatsoever delete your efs folder if you do not have it backed up.
 
If you deleted your efs folder you pretty much f***ed your self? If you dialed *#06# and your imei showed you probably just needed you pick your APN
