Help IMEI NULL and SIM unreadable after using Odin to push 5.1.1 update from 5.0.1

Specs:
Phone: Samsung Galaxy Note 4
Previous Carrier: ATT
Unlocked: Yes
Model: SM-N910A
Baseband Version N910AUCU2COC5

Service State: Out of service
Movile Network State: Disconnected
IMEI: Unknown

So like the title says, I used Odin3 to plug up and update my 5.0.1 phone to 5.1.1. It's ATT so the ATT Tool for software updates wasn't coming up with any updates on it's own. At the same time, Google Play wasn't working. I took it upon myself to update. Google Play is now working on the phone, only now the SIM cannot be read anymore and the IMEI is gone. The SIM could be read before.

I should also mention I bought this phone second hand yesterday.

Things I have tried:

- Factory resetting (about 3 times)
- Clearing cache
- Typing (*#197328640#) or (*#*#197328640#*#*) on the dial key to open Comman Mode. Neither of these codes work. This was in attempt at a fix I found here: http://recomhub.com/blog/how-to-fix...n-network-and-repair-galaxy-null-imei-number/

- Typing (*#*#4636#*#*) to enter Service mode in an attempt to fix found here http://recomhub.com/blog/how-to-fix-no-service-on-samsung-galaxy-note-4/
but the code does not work.

Literally the only code that works when I type it in the dialer is *#06# to check the IMEI. No other codes work.

Any help is appreciated. I tried talking it to an iFixit store but they only do hardware. I haven't found any Android repair shops that work on anything other than hardware.

IMEI Unknown or Null usually happens when the build and baseband does not match.
Where did you get the 5.1.1 firmware that you flashed?

Following the above link it appears the download file size is 807 MB. But looking on other sites for the appropriate ROM they all are consistent in showing the file size to 1.9 GB. Maybe re-downloading the ROM from a different source will help:

(... and while in Recovery Mode don't forget to wipe the system cache partition)
