I can't import my photos from my phone to my computer. I tells me it can't find the device. When I go to troubleshooting, it says to open notifications and select "transfer files" or "file transfer", neither of which are on my phone.

What can I do?????????

How are you transferring?
Also do you happen to use Google photos?

Have you tried another USB cable? What operating system are you using, Windows, Linux, Mac?

The notification will appear when the USB cable is properly connected at both ends. Are you connecting with a USB cable?

Use some medium to transfer for eg: Google photoes, shareIT and other applications.
