Import videos from SD card to PC

I have a Droid Incredible. I transferred pictures using USB cable. But videos did not transfer. I purchased a Microsd card and was told that would work by inserting my sim card into that then plugging that into my PC. That didn't work. What next?

I just confused to your words, I think there is no connection between SD card and SIM Card. If you can not export video from SD card with USB cable, just get a card reader. And I believe something wrong with your usb port in your Incredible.
