Important question about Look Out!!!!

First of all is "Look out" a good app to have??? it seems like something id need as it is antivirus, and can also help me find my phone if i lose it.

Also, since this app is always running, is it always using data??? I have the 2gb /month data plan so im wondering if having this app is going to drain that, or if the app only drains data when its scanning for viruses or smthing.
