Importing Email contacts

I am using the standard Samsung Email program that came with the new phone.... how do I import email contacts???

If your contact has an e-mail address, it should automatically suggest it, the moment you start typing the name. Other way, would be to open your contacts
and select person you want to e-mail, then click the E-mail icon. It will automatically prompt you to choose mail app or gmail app. Once selected the address will be automatically placed in the recipient box.

There is no actual contact list for the app, all the informations are interchanged between other apps on your device.
