I got my phone quite recently. At first I had no problem importing videos from the phone to my Mac Pro, but all of a sudden I can't import them anymore. When I connect the phone via USB, Android File Transfer says there's no device connected. I installed Smart Switch but that doesn't work either. In iPhoto only stills show up, not videos.
The only thing I can think of that's changed is I inserted an SD card into the phone and I have my videos and photos saved there. I must admit I can't remember how I set this but could it be the reason and, if so, is there a setting so my videos will show up on the computer? But my stills photos are also set to the SD card and I have no problem there so it probably isn't an explanation. I'd be grateful for any advice. Thanks.
