Improved Droid email client?

Hi, I find that the basic Androd (On SE Xperia X10) features reliable But basic and I'm very frustrated that I do not seem to be able to copy/paste out from received emails And it would be nicer if the same application handled Gmail too.
So are there any work-arounds or alternative email clients with more features available?

I have asked a similar question in the Droid app developers requests forum but have no responses yet.

A workaround to copy/paste is to "fake" forwarding the email.



Works in the HTC app and K-9.


I don't know of any clients that don't handle gmail.
