In Call Problems

Having trouble with my non rooted spectrum. When ever I make a call the screen turns black and stays that way I can push every button and it wont wake the phone up. I have to call into work often where I have to hit numbers to go to different people I need to talk to but cant. Anyone know of a fix for this?

The sensor is a little sensitive and the oil from your face will make it think it's on your face... Wipe it off and it should work.

I have the same problem. There is no oil on the sensor. It stared happening after the update...

You have to push the power button on the top right corner to wake up the phone after a call.
