Help In call volume

Hi,

My HOX was updated from ICS to JB a month ago...It was a OTA update.. I have noticed that I am unable to reduce the volume of the earpiece when you are on a call... the rocker doesnt fucntion as it used to do in ICS...and I am unable to find any adjustments in settings/ sounds for reducing the in call volume from the earpiece ( not on speaker mode)...It is stuck in one level now..

Does anyone have any idea how to do it...

This sounds like it could be a software issue. Did you/have you done a factory reset since you updated?
