In dept custom notifications

A while back I had an app that allowed me to get VERY specific with my notifications. A particular person would have one notification when they would SMS, but the same person would have a different notification when they messaged using Google Talk.Then another person would have their own individual notifications in Google Talk and so on. Now for the life of me I can't remember the name of the app nor find another like it. Any help would be appreciated!
