Apps In marsemallow some devices ,service not restarting

I have tested in panasonic,lenova,redmi devices. it's not restarting the service when the app is closed...

Also, services aren't like normal apps, they don't normally provide a UI, and run in the background.
If your service was started by an app, then when the app terminates, so does the service it started.
