Help In Mass storage mode, file transfer is very slow

I just updated my Galaxy Ace to 2.3.3. But after that my mass storage file transfer speed decreased from about 1.3mb/s down to 200kb/s.

Could anyone give some suggestions how I can restore the speed?
I have tried formatting the SD card, but that does not fix.
