Root In need of stock laf.img

I have a ms323 for Metro PCS and I installed a rom without first unlocking the bootloader, so after the device not getting past the boot screen i noticed it was booting straight into fastboot so i did the steps to unlock the bootloader and it made a backup of the already messed up boatloader so now i need the new img in order to get download mode back which will allow me to flash the stock .kdz and basically restarting the rom process.... Any help is much appreciated.

1. Download fastboot_and_laf.zip for Metro PCS
2. Extract the Fastboot and laf
3. Connect your phone to the PC
4. Start and wait for reboot Flash_laf.bat smartphone
5. Turn off your smartphone completely
5. Next, enter Download mode
6. Then use the instructions LG FlashTools 2014
