I always see incallui in my boyfriends activity log, right after contacts , but my boyfriend doesn't have a plan on his phone, so what does it mean ?

It is a system app that runs on phones because it is a telephone. The phone is required to be able to dial 911, so even when it doesn't have a plan all of the phone stuffs still have to run. It's nothing nefarious and nothing to worry about.

So it doesn't mean he's calling anyone ? It just means that it automatically does that ?
