Incoming call screen hijacked

My incoming call screen has been hijacked, it must be an app but I cannot figure out which one because I rarely upload apps. When I receive a call I now have to get past 2 screens (the new one (attached) and the regular samsung one). Does anyone know what app this one belongs to and/or how I can turn it off or revert back to the original only? I have googled and can find nothing.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge with the system typical updates.

I would go through each of your downloaded apps, read the permissions, description and possibly the comments at the app download site and see if anyone else has the issue.
If there are not many apps that you have downloaded, can you list them here? Perhaps someone will recognize a misbehaving app you have

Don't download this!

I uninstalled and it does not show two incoming call screens now.

User error. Its specifically says "Flashlight App is a bright LED flashlight widget with funny caller screen lights"

Pretty obvious it was going to interfere/change the caller screen in someway.

Lesson Learnt?
