Incoming Calls setup

Hi
Can anyone help, please

I want to set my phone so that when I am on a call, the second caller hears the busy tone rather than being forwarded to the voicemail

Try opening your phone app, going into its settings, finding the call setting and turning off the "divert on busy" (which is what will be routing your caller to voicemail).

If you don't have such a setting you will have to speak to your service provider, but it's there in my phone (different model).
