Help Incoming/Missed calls

Hi I'm at a loss I can not figure out why my incoming calls will start to ring but before I can answer it will stop and register as a missed call. I have reset the network setting and rebooted the phone. Any info/ help would be greatly appreciated.

That's usually a setting within your voice mail. Can you get into your voice mail settings?

Yas I can access the voicemail settings

There should be options to set number of rings before going to voice mail.
