incompatible device..?? why..??

i wanted to intall SUBWAY SURFERS game.
so i went to the page..and on the right side i found this..
"Requires Android
2.3.3 and Up"

the "About phone" section on my SAMSUNG GALAXY Y DUOS phone shows
"Android version
2.3.6"

But still the page says..
"This app is incompatible with your Samsung GT-S6102."

Why is this so..??

Welcome to the forums, narendravnr! :hello:
I imagine you live abroad, perhaps in Asia since you have a Duos?
It's possible the app isn't available there. There may be a Market Enabler app out there to help.

The developer hasnt made the app avalible for your device yet. You could email the support address and see if you can get the apk to test it

Sadly, this happens all too frequently. There are so many devices, resolutions, skins, etc...that make compatibility an issue for devs. Even some big name games (Chrono Trigger, for example) aren't compatible with the best selling android phone ever (GS3). Pretty weak if you ask me since android gives you the tools to make it work.
