Increasing volume for "A" video calls

Can anyone advise how to increase volume on incoming messenger video calls?. samsung phone ok, but samsung tab A poor. ? sound booster? app

Is the sound on the Tab A okay otherwise?

You might want to check individual volume settings because there may be different volume settings for media and "calls" even thought the Tab isn't technically a call device.
