Incredible Revolution Theme - Notification Drop Down

Correct me if I am wrong but I believe when I first installed this theme that the notification dropdown menu was transparent? It's solid black at the moment, and I swear (unless I'm delusional) that it was transparent when I first installed it.

Mine has always been solid black and I've had it since it's been available, there is a mod to make stock virtuous have a transparent notification bar
