Inexpensive unlocked GSM 5" Android Phone?

What are some cheapest decent 5" Android phones available that will work on an AT&T/Consumer Cellular sim?

I'm not into the latest and greatest, just would like to try an Android instead of my 640 Windows Phone.
I realize one cannot beat the 640's price and quality, but there must be some inexpensive Android alternatives. (New or Ebay).

OnePlus, I believe the US versions are compatible with AT&T. I don't know this "640 Windows Phone".

Moto G4 Play is 5 inches, $149 unlocked and works on AT&T/Consumer Cellular (and other US carriers).

@mikedt is correct, US versions of OnePlus phones work on AT&T
