My son's currently rocking an old Note II with a busted screen. He is on a VZW plan with tiered data, so I have no qualms getting his phone on contract for the savings on the purchase price. Me, I'm keeping my unlimited, so I wait a bit longer between upgrades.
He likes the size of the Note, but also want's better audio quality. I think this could be a good balance for him. My purchase timeframe isn't immediate (or I'd be asking in the M8 forum).
