What are some of the major differences between ARM64 and ARM32 GAPPs for Android?
Is it like 32bit and 64bit versions of PC Windows?
Is it possible to install ARM32 on an ARM64 phone?
Would installing ARM32 on ARM64 phones increase their performance? i.e - by lowering the overall quality etc?
I read that ARM64 is only good in one side, and it's the maximum RAM limit allocated for apps. Is this correct?
What would make me choose ARM64 over ARM32?

For clarification; my goal is performance before quality. I don't mind sacrificing some features in favor of an overall faster Android experience.
