Is anyone else having issues with Instagram??? I have been trying for about 2 days now to upload a picture, but everytime I add the effects and push the upload button it doesn't do anything, just takes me back to my main news feed!!! Ughh irritating! I have tried restarting the phone, reinstalling the app and updating my entire phone...what's the deal?? Does anyone else have this issue with the app????
