I am a little confused by your question but I will try to help. If you mean you went to the play store and tried to download and install instagram and it failed to load then I can help.
Sometimes, due to network issues during a download the file package is invalid and will not load, usually if you follow the process over again you will succeed in downloading and installing the app.
If you have tried on multiple occasions to download and install it, try turning off your phone (completely turning it off, you can also remove the battery if you can on that model) then let it re-boot and try again.
