Mods Install Apk is Blocked

Hello ,,
I have this payment machine that is based on MT6572 CPU.

The Firmware installed in that machine is customized not to install any apk.
If i try to install any APK , it will give this Message

Developer option in android Setting can not be enabled.
There is no option to enable Unkown Sources in android Setting.
So , is there any way to install APK on this machine ?
Ps , i had read the firmware from that machine as a scatter file.

You went to settings, security and then didn't see allow unknown sources?

and other mobile networks has the same machine but all Co make the machine working for just his application
i hope if setup all apps for all mobile networks Co in the same machine

This Mobiwire secure terminal for handling payments, is basically a single use appliance, rather than a general use device like a smart-phone or tablet. So it's just not going to sideload any third-party whatever apps on the thing.

Almost certainly any attempts to root and hack or modify it, would disable it permanently. Android is really an embedded OS, and there are many single use, specialised and vertical applications made using it now, e.g. aircraft entertainment systems, electronic whiteboards, gym equipment, EPOS terminals, etc. where you would NOT be installing things like Viber.
