Help Install later application from store

I found some good applications/ games I want to install on my cellphone but I don't have wifi right now.
Is there any what to choose applications from google play and install it later when wifi available?

Yes. You can add the apps you like to your Wishlist in Google Play. When you connect to WiFi, just open your Wishlist and install

I don't have "add to wishlist" like I used to have, only "installed" (though that I use a different cellphone).

See the little "+" symbol inside a bookmark looking thing? That's the add to wish list. Click on it. Now it will tell you it's added to wish list.

Is your Google play store updated?

Also, not sure what country you are in but the Play Store versions will vary by country

I just noticed that when you press install on an application and cancel it, the bookmark option disappears, so I guess only apps that you haven't already tried installing have that option.

To the OP: do you have a wishlist in your menu? It's right above the Settings in the Play Store Menu

Google play is up to date
I had this application on my previous cellphone so this is probably the reason I can't add it to wish list, too bad... I checked it right now and probably all the application I installed on one of my previous android cellphones I don't have button to add to wish list and it assigned as "installed", even if I uninstall it from the previous cellphone.
The wish list menu exists and it has new application I added...
