This section doesn't seem to be very active but I thought I'd post some instructions on installing Lineage OS 14.1 on the Tab E (SM-T377P/SM-T560NU).
The instructions were originally posted by tacocowboy on XDA.

First, install TWRP 2.8.7.0, 3.1.1-0 caused a bootloop on mine but 2.8.7.0 worked fine. Don't forget to download the required files below before installing TWRP just to make sure you already have them available.
Notice: TWRP 3+ required to install Oreo based ROMS (LOS 15.1).
Then, decide on your ROM:
XDA: [UNOFFICIAL][OMS][ROM] LineageOS for Galaxy Tab E [SM-T560NU] vince2678 (A download is available for the SM-T377P "gtesqltespr")
Lineage OS: Info about gtesqltespr -No Longer Available
Download lineage-14.1_j6_20170601_NIGHTLY-gtesqltespr.zip from the Download section (All builds) on the XDA thread, open the file & extract the boot.img (needed to boot)
For root, download Magisk: [2017.10.15] Magisk v14.0 - Root & Universal Systemless Interface [Android 5.0+]
Opengapps can be downloaded from the Download section as well.
Copy Lineage OS, Opengapps, Magisk & the boot.img files to your device.
Do a backup of Boot/System/EFS/Modem
Wipe Cache/Data/System
Install the zip file you downloaded for Lineage OS (ex:lineage-14.1-20171107-nightly-gtesqltespr-signed.zip)
Then, Opengapps.
To boot, go to Install & select Install Image, select the boot.img file you copied to your device then select the boot option under Partition to Flash section.
Reboot your device (select Do not install when it asks about SuperSU) & you should now be running Lineage OS 14.1.
Make sure you boot your device once before installing Magisk
I'm not sure I'd recommend installing Magisk yet, I've been having some weird issues with it. If you are comfortable doing so, reboot into recovery, install Magisk & reboot (always make sure to tap Do not Install when it asks about SuperSU). To verify root just download the root checker app from the play store.

If you want to try 15.1 you can find the download here. I ran into a few issues but after a few tries I think I got it working for the most part.
Do remember to make a backup of everything in TWRP.
Speaking of, I was unable to install this ROM with TWRP 2.8.7.0, I'm now using 3.2.1.0 which works just fine.
After making those backups, wipe Dalvik-Art Cache/Data/Cache/System under 'Advanced Wipe'.
After that, flash the Lineage OS 15.1 zip file. Don't reboot yet, after that completes install the Open GApps package for Android 8.1. If you can't access Developer Options after first boot & you get everything set up just reboot into recovery & flash the Lineage OS zip file again & it should work.
If you want root, install Magisk.
