Install location always on phone

Lurker
This is my first post and I need help with my Cherry Mobile S3 flare lite and its about where it puts the obbs of apps and games and my problem is that the install location never changes it always installs apps on the phone even if I change the settings and also if I put a game's obb on the SD card the game acts like it does not have an obb I want to use the USB debugging and SDK
but I don't have a computer and also the phone storage name is called emulated which is very weird

Since Android 4.0, there is no longer the option to install apps to SD card.
Some phone manufacturers added it back, but it does not move the whole app to SD.
On some phones that still show the option it does nothing.
Emulated SD is a method of allowing programs that store data to an SD card to work on machines that have none.
It is a directory that appears where an SD card would have been mounted.
This was done because many new phones don't support SD cards.
If supported, real SD cards are then given a name like sdcard1.

So I can't do anything?. If that's the case how am i gonna downloads apps like asphalt if it uses 2/4 of the memory can root enable it?
